Complaints have been received about persistent use of the line between Northside, Siddick, and Seaton by offroad motorcycles

WE DID:
Hi Visibility patrols in the area, engagement and intervention and are aware of ongoing complaints regarding off road bikes.

WE DID:
Use of drones to identify and trace users of offroad motorcycles on the line

WE WILL:
Conduct proactive operations targeting the illegal and dangerous use of unregistered and offroad bikes in public places.

Complaints have been made of Youth related ASB incidents around Hunters Drive in Seaton, and The Gavels in Great Clifton.

WE DID
Targeted high visibility patrols in affected areas to identify and disrupt perpetrators of ASB. Identified perpetrators have been referred to intervention programs to address their behaviours

WE DID
Engagement with local schools to deliver ASB input to children to educate on the impacts of ASB

WE DID
Engagement with local housing providers to issue joint Antisocial Behaviour Contracts to deter further offending.

WE DID
Identified a number of youths responsible for ASB in the Hunters Drive area. Intervention work has been completed resulting in a reduction in calls for service

Multiple complaints of speeding through Seaton raised via community surveys

WE DID
Speed Indication Device deployed on Seaton Road. This has indicated a significant minority of vehicles are exceeding the speed limits between Workington and Seaton. Further speed enforcement action will be taken
