Neighbourhood policing team
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is a group of Cumbria Police officers dedicated to serving your community by focusing on local crime, disorder and quality of life issues.
We work closely with local authorities, partner agencies, community leaders and residents to decide on policing priorities for your neighbourhood through the Local Focus Hubs.
By working together we aim to find solutions to longstanding local problems while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Cumbria.

Reports of speeding in and around Allonby, Prospect, Aspatria, and Silloth.
Action taken:
•High visibility patrols of the area
•Use of mobile speed camera to conduct speed enforcement.
•Speed Indication Device (SID) deployed in Allonby to deter speeding. This showed speeding issues primarily in morning and afternoon rush hour periods. Further enforcement activity is planned.

- High visibility patrols
- Drug Activity Community Appeal conducted in Fell Close
- Male arrested for drug supply offences in Silloth. Case remains under investigation at this time
