The Press Office is based within the Marketing and Communications department at Headquarters and is available to assist journalists between 8am and 5pm Monday-Thursday and between 8am and 4pm on Fridays.

Outside of these times, your first point of contact for media requests is the Constabulary's Force Incident Manager, who can be called on 101. The Constabulary have an on-call communications service for serious or critical matters. The on-call service is a resource which is notified by the Force Incident Manager when required.
In any request please ensure you supply as much relevant information as possible. Non-urgent requests received outside of office hours will be picked up during office hours.
The email and voicemail is continually monitored and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please leave a voicemail if you are unable to get through.
