Do you have excellent administration skills and want to contribute to recruiting police officers and staff to ensure we Keep Cumbria Safe? This is a busy role working in a small team where you will have the opportunity to make a difference and help recruit the best. You will specifically work on recruitment attraction and selection and be involved in an ongoing programme to recruit police and make a real difference.
Experience of working in an administration environment
Experience of accurate recording on systems including data input & retrieval
Point of contact for applicants, evidence of dealing with a variety of individuals
Presentation skills (eg schools/career fairs, new recruits)
Minimum of GCSE in Maths & English Level 4 or equivalent
IT literate in particular MS office applications
