The Fingerprint Bureau, based at Police H.Q, Penrith are seeking to recruit a qualified Fingerprint Officer who has achieved "Expert" status, however, in the event that the right person is not found, suitable candidates will be sought for the position of Trainee Fingerprint Officer. The selection of a Trainee Fingerprint Officer will include a suitability and skills aptitude test.
The Fingerprint Bureau are ideally looking to recruit a proven Fingerprint Officer to join our team of staff to undertake the running of the Cumbria Fingerprint Bureau, which is responsible for processing fingerprint forms as well providing an identification service to Cumbria Constabulary and other agencies.
In the event that the right candidate is not recruited, the Bureau would like to train the right person for this job. To be successful this candidate must possess excellent concentration levels, an eye for detail and sound interpersonal and communication skills.
