37 hours per week
Salary from £31,995 + 12% Market Forces
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced engineer to provide comprehensive technical mechanical and electrical duties to a busy estates department. The post holder will undertake programmes of work, condition surveys, contractor appointment, design, and preparation of specifications and management of minor works. They will provide support solutions to response maintenance and act as department lead on engineering and building services.
Candidates with electrical and mechanical experience but who have not worked in a similar environment could be considered suitable. An appropriate development path could be put in place for the right candidate to reach the required skillset.
Consideration would also be given to part time working.
