Applications are invited for the post of Catering Assistant based at Police Headquarters, Carleton Hall, Penrith.

£8.94 per hour
We require a number of individuals to work on an ad-hoc basis within the catering department within Cumbria Constabulary. The successful applicants will receive £8.94 per hour and will play an integral part in the catering section helping to cover annual leave and sickness.
The successful applicants should have a good basic standard of education, a flexible and adaptable manner and have excellent communication and team working skills. Previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage, although training would be given.
The catering department operates between 7.00am and 2.15pm Monday to Friday, however you would be needed to cover between 9 and 2.15pm, this role could be suited to fit in with school drop off and pick up times.
Please note the positon is an 'As & When' contract. This means that you are likely to be asked to work at short notice to cover. Hours are not guaranteed but will be allocated when required. This allows flexibility for both parties allowing you to work around family commitments.
