Applications are invited for the post of Administration Assistant - V63

Based within Central Ticket Office - UOS - Durranhill Carlisle

1x 35 hours per week, temporary position until 1st November 2020

1x 35 hours per week, made up of 20 hours temporary until 31st December 2019 and 15 hours temporary until 16th July 2020.

Interviews to be held week commencing 14th October 2019.

THE JOB:

Provide general admin support to all staff in the Central Ticket Office, including operation of electronic mailing system, producing all daily prints and dealing with large volumes of incoming post.  To process transfer of ownerships to further enforcement, driver admissions and educational course requests.
