Police were called at approximately 11.16am on Monday 15th June 2020, to a report of a two vehicle road traffic collision on the U3038 near to Southwaite.

 

As a result of the collision, the driver of one of the motor vehicles Ronnie Robson aged 77 from Carlisle sadly died at the scene.

 

Ronnie was a father of two, and had two grandchildren. The family are currently being supported by a Family Liaison Officer.
