UHMBT provides acute and some community based services, throughout Cumbria and Lancashire.

A representative from the UHMBT Safeguarding Team attends the MARAC meetings and provides up to date and relevant information from all our departments. Information is made available for perpetrators, victims and any associated children.

The Trust has a Domestic Abuse policy that is available for all staff to access, in addition to our Duty Safeguarding Nurse who is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
